Brewing for many years!

We've been brewing for many years, as a hobby, at home. Taking the recipes we developed and honing them to the flavour we wanted

Brewing Bigger!

Also developing a passion for brewing in ourselves, we decided to bring in a much bigger brewing setup from South Africa and go into commercial production..

COVID

We managed to brew a bunch of times... then COVID hit! BUT!.. during this time we took stock and decided that we would need to go considerably bigger!

So bigger again..

Sourcing a new brewing system from over seas, we imported a 10,000 litre brewery. This included a new Lautner Tun mashing unit, glycol chilling system and ten fermenters!

Now in production!
